Nu View Solutions was started in 2006 to serve those companies implementing lean and wanting to become world class organizations.

Nu View Solutions team has been involved with all aspects of lean including not only lean implementation at the ground level involving shop floor kaizens but policy deployment at the management level.

Members of our staff gained their lean experience from various sources most notably: learning lean implementation from Shingijitsu, the recognized leader in lean consulting, and Moffit Associates, a lead American company in lean consulting.

Our goal and mission is to help your company with its lean implementation and avoid the pitfalls that often occur with companies implementing lean.
